Feature and Benefits

  • Standard Deductible - $100 paid per visit, NOT per repair
  • Availability - New and used Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, and competitive-make vehicles
  • Coverage - Failures due to defects in materials and workmanship and/or normal wear and tear
  • Roadside Assistance - Flat-tire change, fuel delivery, battery jump starts, lockout assistance
  • Towing Reimbursement - Up to $100
  • Emergency Travel Expense Reimbursement - Up to $500, up to three days for lodging, meals, and rental vehicle for travel expenses incurred when the breakdown occurs 100 miles or more from home
  • Destination Assistance - Covers taxi, shuttle, or rental car expense up to $75 for emergency transportation to the immediate destination
  • Rental Car Reimbursement - $30/day up to 10 days for Ford, Mercury, and competitive-make vehicles; $36/day up to 10 days for Lincoln vehicles

Eligibility

  • New Plans must be purchased within the time and mileage of the Bumper-to-Bumper New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Coverage begins at the warranty start date and zero miles and expires at the earlier of the number of months purchased or the number of miles purchased
  • Used Plans require completion of a Used Vehicle Inspection Checklist (Form FCS-9754-10) if the vehicle is outside of the Bumper-to-Bumper New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Coverage begins at the signature date and current miles


Time/Mileage Bands

  • New Plans - Coverage terms available from 3 to 7 years and 36,000 to 125,000 miles
  • Used Plans - Coverage terms available from 6 months/6,000 miles to 60 months/60,000 miles


Deductibles/Options

  • $0, $50, $200, and disappearing deductibles are available
  • First-Day Rental option
  • Enhanced Rental option - Provides up to $75/day rental allowance for up to 10 days
